Zeniya Family is a well-respect organization from Osaka, with nine separated branches throughout western Japan. They are so strong that even the Manji Empire would think twice before crossing them.

They have a good relation with The Front of Armament cause their 8th generation vice-president Ogawa Kenji was blood brothers with 4th T.F.O.A.'s generation vice-head Murata Juuzou.

Their 9th generation president Sakura Keiichi created a relation with the Manji Empire through the cerimonial tradition of raising cups, with Inou Hidejirou, their 2nd generation leader.

Later the Zeniya Family would re-organize into 5 branchs.
Ogawa Kenji asked the Armament to take care of his young cousin Chiharu. He was followed by the 3rd branch who wanted the Armament to hand him over for beating their boss but they didn't and were ready to go to war against Zeniya to keep their word with Kenji.
It was revealed that the 3rd branch head Tsuruoka was selling drugs, something forbidden to the Family, but Chiharu couldn't just get him banned as he was very powerful and it could lead to an internal war. Chiharu tried to talk to him but he said that all that mattered was the money, so he flipped and almost killed Tsuruoka and then ran. Chiharu was also mad cause his younger sister was killed alongside four other innocents by a drugged driver.
As the 3rd branch was ready to fight the Armament, the head of the 1st branch Kikutani Shuuji and the vice-president Hiwatari Kei showed up and said that Tsuruoka resigned for having done things unworthy for a member of the Zeniya Family and the matter was solved.
