Was one of the five big bikers gang in Toarushi.
When Chuujou was the leader they were the biggest and strongest gang, with 150 members. They had some fights with T.F.O.A. but later Chuujou recognized their strenght and spireted and looked after them. The next generation head Kim Hyonchol also had good relations with the Armament.
On later generations the fight between the gangs would start again, till Waki Youichi from Kyouya made a cease-fire agreement.
When they heard that the 5th generation of T.F.O.A. had only three members they tried to smash them with sheer force, The result of the battle is unknow, but the Armament grew stronger after that, and somehow it didn't affect the cease-fire.
A fight between the Armament and Kyouya would happen later and the head o Hyakki Yamauchi would try to mediate an agreement, but the Armament step out of the cease-fire instead.
Yamauchi would later ask Kawachi Tesshou from the Armament to mediate a cease-fire between them and Black Marked Tigers. The Armament discovered that the fight that got them into that war was caused by ex-Jet Black Scorpion members that joined both gangs.
