Was one of the five big bikers gang in Toarushi.

Several fights broke between them and members from all gangs were being arrested. Their 3rd generation head, Waki Youichi, made a cease-fire agreement with all the other gangs.

Waki got into a motorcycle accident and was forced to retire, the new appointed head Hiruta Masashi with his vice-head Kakimura planned on conquering the other gangs with the help of Zeniya Family 9th branch and later becoming their 10th branch. The plan backfired as the Zeniya's heads weren't aware of that and didn't like one of their branches acting on their own, also Kyouya's member didn't wanted to become Zeniya's underling and Hiruta and Kakimura were banned from the gang.

Later a fight between one of their leaders with a member of the Armament would make the Armament step out of the cease-fire.
