Once a part of the Back-Teria, they split into three gangs, Jet Black Scorpion, Black Marked Tigers and Hades' Owl.

They started a war against T.F.O.A. after some of their members got beat by people using Armaments jackets. It was later discovered that it was an underplot made by Jet Black Scorpions, and in a meeting mediated by Black Marked Tigers they reached an agreement.

Hirano and Maekawa Muneharu from E.M.O.D. have a long story so their gang were on good terms, but members from Hades' Owl regret having to clean after E.M.O.D.'s mess.
