Katsuragi Faction

The faction led by the sophomore Genjirou Katsuragi, had only 6 members but was able to maintain Suzuran's power balance with the seniors Kawaishi Faction, with 80 members, and Nakaii Faction, with 60 members.

The Katsuragi Faction did not take part in the war against Housen and was the one who negotiated the cease fire after Nakaii's and Bitou Makio's death.
