Once a part of the Back-Teria, they split into three gangs, Jet Black Scorpion, Black Marked Tigers and Hades' Owl.

They were the only faction of the three that carried the cease-fire agreement Back-Teria signed with the other big gangs.

Later they would start a war with Hyakki after Harumoto was taken out by some of their member, it was later discovered that it was a plot of ex-Jet Black Scorpion that joined both gangs and a cease-fire between them was mediated by Kawachi Tesshou from the T.F.O.A.. 

Harumoto would later mediated a meeting between T.F.O.A. and Hades' Owl that also started a war caused by Jet Black Scorpion underplot. The bargain for Harumoto's assistance was that the 7th generation of Armament would become allies of Black Marked Tigers 2nd generation, as Harumoto was about to retire.

The 2nd generation fought against the Manji Empire alongside the Armament and help them ambush the Kawakubo and Nagoshi groups.
