The Chuukyou Alliance was a big faction from Hakone. The Manji Empire waged war agains them and the fight was huge with several arrested and countless injured. The Chuukyou lost and was forced to disband, but most of them ended up joining Manji, and ever since then, there hasn't been a gang in the country that could stand up to them.
The Gejigeji brothers, Shimoji Koutarou and Shimoji Fukutarou were notorious members of the Chuukyou and were the last ones to join Manji.
