The strongest biker gang from Anjou, having 30 members, they pick fights around with bigger gangs just for the fun.
Muneharu and Hirano Kunimasa from Hades' Owl have a long story so their gang were on good terms.
They were in the middle of a fight against Double Head Dragons when some of their members paid a visit to The Front of Armament to start a new fight.
Also being a team just for strong and loyal fighter, they had a mutual respect with the Armament even through they were at war. During their fight, the Armament discovered that both the Double Head Dragons and the Team Shikabane from Toarushi were allying themselves to Ikeshima group from the Manji Empire. Both gangs decided to start a full on alliance to face the battles that were to come.
As soons as Shikabane and Double Head Dragons moved, T.F.O.A. and E.M.O.D. crushed them and challenged Ikeshima, after beating Ikeshima they knew the Manji would move after them, so Fujishiro Takumi advised both gangs to lay low, as they were walking in Toarushi they would sooner or later bump into other gangs and factions.
E.M.O.D. helped the Armament ambush the Kawakubo and Nagoshi groups. Muneharu had faced Hiruma Yuuji on the Manji Seven fighting to a tie, he travelled to Machida with other six top fighters from Toarushi to face the Manji Seven, the battle score was 3 x 3 and as both Muneharu and Hiruma were too injured to fight, it was decided by Tsukushima Hana, supported by Bisuko, that enough blood were spilled and they should ended the fight using rock-paper-scissors. Muneharu lost and the war between the Manji and E.M.O.D. and the gangs from Toarushi ended.
