He tried to pick on Hideto Bandou with his gang when he came back to Suzuran after his deafeat to Harumichi Bouya. Bandou only looked at him and asked "Who are you, anyway?" and walked away. His friends started laughing at him cause Bandou didn't even had to fight to win, and as he was charging at Bandou from behind Rindaman appeared. Who-kun tried to greet Rindaman but Rinda just asked "Who are you again?" and then his friends decided that from now on he would be know as Who-kun.
